I love photographing weddings. And families. And babies. And full grown children (aka teens).

But what I love the most is photographing a family from the start. To document their engagement, be a part of their wedding day, then photograph their growing family. Becoming lifelong friends and being trusted to document the most thrilling milestones of their lives and all the beautiful moments in between.

This is my good friend Hilary. I remember the day she called me to tell me she was getting married. I was so ecstatic for her and her boy. They are the perfect match. She followed the news up quickly by asking me to be her wedding photographer. This just never gets old. Having someone I love ask me to be a part of their big day in this way, there’s just nothing like it.

Fast forward a couple years and I get to watch their family grow by one, documenting all along the way.

What a gift.
