First and foremost, I want to thank you for supporting my business during this time. We are all in this together, let’s do our best to stay safe and take care of one another.

I am committed to keeping your family as safe as possible.

Each session, I am sure to check off some basic safety precautions including masking, social distancing, sanitizing my gear (and myself)!

Ahead of your session, we discuss safety guidelines and I answer any questions about the process you might have. I provide a list of safety precautions both as assurances to bring peace of mind and also to give guidelines for our session to keep everyone safe. I also think planning out some details ahead of time will help the flow of the day so we can maximize our time for family hangs and beautiful photos!

I am so excited to announce that I will be offering Santa Mini Sessions again this year!

Last year, I was super bummed to have to miss out on these favorite annual traditions with my families. I have been working closely with Santa and his elves to ensure a fun, safe, and healthy Santa visit, with beautiful photos!

These sessions will be so fun, but they will look a little different than our usual Santa mini sessions. The wonderful people of Pfaff’s Tree Farm in Auburn have graciously agreed to welcome us to the tree farm for photos with Santa! We will be in a beautiful setting with gorgeous pine trees at the Christmas tree farm!

Santa will be sitting in the field next to a row of pretty Christmas trees and your child will be nearby, but not on his lap this year. We will have props for the kids to decorate the tree as well as really pretty decorations, per usual.

Here are a few things I’m doing to make sure these sessions are as safe as possible

  • sessions will be outside

  • I will be wearing a mask your entire session

  • I will use a long lens so I can stay 6' away at all times

  • sanitizing my gear

  • sanitizing myself

Precautions I’m asking of your family

  • Please be sure to take the temperature of each family member prior to our session to verify that everyone is healthy.

  • Please remember to CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY to reschedule IF ANY MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY IS FEELING ILL, no matter how close to your designated time.

  • Please WEAR MASKS in all indoor spaces

  • PLEASE HONOR SOCIAL DISTANCING during our entire session, before and after. I will be photographing multiple families and I am committed to not sharing germs between you, as well as keeping my own family safe.

Dear families, thank you for understanding that your photos will look different this year. And THANK YOU for your support of my small business during this crazy time of ups and downs and unexpected pivots. A year of making the most of what we have and soaking in the extra time with our loved ones. A year of failed expectations and new normals. It’s not easy. It’s exhausting, but we are getting through it. And we’re getting through it together.

Love your photographer

Anna
