And I love taking photos of my families there. Not only is the landscape beautiful, but it is a family-owned and operated small business. And we LOVE supporting that!
Why do I love it??
The apple trees are beautiful and they have varieties, which is so nice. You can pick the apples that suit your family best!!
Swans Trail Farms is the most welcoming place - family-owned apple orchard and pumpkin farm - expansive views, barns, nature, and sunshine. What more could you ask for?!
The kids have a mission! In my 10 years of photographing families with small children and 5 years specializing in documentary family photography, I have found it helps so much if kids have an activity. They are less likely to have a meltdown if they are focused on picking out the yummiest apples for your family. Also, a huge plus, is that having a family activity helps facilitate REAL MOMENTS and candid photos.
Family-friendly environment! - the Swan Trail family and their friends are the most delightful people and they will make sure you have THE BEST time on your visit. Cherry on top, you can leave your family pictures knowing you’ve supported TWO small, family-owned businesses that day. How great is that?!
