Wrapping Up a Jolly 2024 at Swansons!

Wow, what a season! The 2024 holiday mini sessions at Swansons Nursery were chef’s kiss perfection. If you joined me this year, you already know… Swansons was glowing, your families were glowing, and I may have been glowing too—but that’s probably from running around in excitement.

Why I Love Swansons - And Why You Should Too

If you’ve been to Swansons during the holidays, you know it’s like stepping into the coziest Hallmark movie ever (minus the predictable storyline). Twinkling lights everywhere, fresh greenery that smells like magic, and decor that practically shouts, “Let’s make some memories!” It’s the kind of setting where even the most camera-shy folks end up grinning ear to ear.

Let’s Talk About the Sessions

These mini sessions? They were a BLAST. I like to keep things relaxed, because stiff poses? Not my thing. We kicked things off with a few classic shots—gotta get those holiday card winners, right? But then we loosened up:

  • Kids running circles around the trees? Yes, please.

  • Giggles from parents as the kiddos did their thing? Loved it.

  • Even a spontaneous family group hug here and there? You bet.

Honestly, some of the best moments were the ones that "weren’t planned." Like when your littles decided to make the twinkling lights their personal playground or when you snuck that kiss under the mistletoe.

Yeah, I saw that—and it’s totally going in your gallery!

A Freaking huge thank you

You guys absolutely crushed it this year! Every family brought their own kind of magic to these sessions. Your trust, your laughter, your kids’ incredible dance moves… it all made my job so much fun. And seeing your holiday cards? UGH, heart = melted.

To my returning families—you’re my people, and I’m forever grateful for your support year after year. And to the new faces I got to meet…

welcome to the fam!

Hope you’re ready for a lifetime of me cheering for you (and probably showing up with a camera).

With love,

love your photographer,

Anna
