four reasons I love tree farm mini sessions

I love this tree farm. And I love taking photos of my families there. Not only is the landscape beautiful, but it has been family-owned and operated for decades. I even remember going there as a kid!

Why do I love it??

  1. The trees are beautiful and they have varieties, which is so nice. You can pick the tree that suits your family best!!

  2. Pfaff’s Old Time Farm is the most welcoming place - family-owned tree farm - expansive views, mount rainier in the background, barns, nature, and sunshine. What more could you ask for?!

  3. The kids have a mission! In my 9 years of photographing families with small children and 5 years specializing in documentary family photography, I have found it helps so much if kids have an activity. They are less likely to have a meltdown if they are focused on picking out the best Christmas tree for your family. Also, a huge plus, is that having a family activity helps facilitate REAL MOMENTS and candid photos.

  4. Family-friendly environment! - the Pfaff family and their friends are the most delightful people and they will make sure you have THE BEST time on your visit. Cherry on top, you can leave your family pictures knowing you’ve supported TWO small, family-owned businesses that day. How great is that?!

So, if you’ve been way too busy to schedule family pictures, or you just keep putting them off because, LIFE, consider a tree farm mini session. They are quick, easy, and build family memories like you wouldn’t believe!!

love your photographer,

Anna
